   These are amazing. With regular melatonin I feel crappy in the morning. The sleebd makes me feel refreshed in the morning as though I had a restful sleep.

   I take one a night and it relaxes me nicely before I hit the pillow. I was a restless sleeiper waking up every 1 1/2 hours through the night. Now I go four hours and then I am waking to relieve myself. Work great! wonderful product!
